Increase enquiries from business clients
What we did:
Through monthly marketing mentoring and services we helped our client to:
- - Review their services and understand both the mix of work actually undertaken and the opportunities to grow sales.
- - Identified that workplace pensions would be a major opportunity and to position my client as an expert in this topic
- - Helped to develop information seminars on workplace pensions and where / how to present them
Results:
- - Client recognised as an expert on workplace pensions and auto enrolment legislation by the pension technical team of a national IFA compliance support company, gaining contracts to provide 1-2-1 training to Independent Financial Advisers
- - Seminars presented in the East and West Midlands previously in association with Business Link, and currently in association with the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Business Peak District, Derbyshire Dales County Council and from 2013 with the Association Accounting Technicians (AAT) and The Pension Regulator.
- - Launched training company to help small companies set up their workplace pensions in a 1 day workshop and gained the first - and currently the only - accretitation for it by the Pensions Management Institute
